La selección de video arte LatAm, reúne varias de las principales obras latinoamericanas que en los últimos dos años han tenido una presencia internacional destacada. "Under Discussion" de la dupla Allora y Calzadilla y "Urban Phantomes" de Donna Conlon, se exhibieron en la Bienal de Venecia 2005, bajo la curaduria del la española Rosa Martinez en su elección "Siempre un poco más lejos." Martín Sastre fue el envío oficial de Uruguay a la Bienal de Saõ Paolo en el 2004, ese mismo año, el brasileño Marcellvs L. fue premiado en el prestigioso Festival de Cortometraje de Oberhausen en Alemania. También participan de la selección artistas con reconocida trayectoria a nivel internacional como Ximena Cuevas, Andrés Denegri y Edgar Endress, cabe resaltar que varias de las piezas de LatAm serán exhibidas por primera vez en nuestra ciudad.LatAm es una extraordinaria oportunidad para ponerse en contacto con lo último de la producción latinoamericana contemporánea.
